175 Water Streetis located in the financial district of Manhattan and was completed in 1983. This building was designed by Fox & Fowle Architects and stands 403 feet tall with 30 floors. 175 Water Street, or National Westminster Bank, was the home to AIG’s property-casualty offices. The entrance to this building has been the backdrop in many financial news reports during the financial system crisis.
