20 Exchange Placeis located at 65 Beaver Street and 20 Exchange Place in the Financial District of Manhattan and was completed in 1931. This building was designed by Cross & Cross and stands 741 feet tall with 57 floors. 20 Exchange, formerly the CityBank Farmers Trust Building, was to be much taller with a pyramidal top, but the Great Depression caused its construction to stop at its 57th floor. This pewter replica stands 7-3/4 inches tall and is finished in antique pewter. This model’s scale is 1 inch = 100 feet.
