First of all we employ one of the best 3D modelers in the world who can churn out full highly detailed 3D drawings in days not weeks. We use the latest Rapid Prototyping technology available to build the finest master models. And our innovative mold making and casting techniques are so special they are highly guarded secrets. We start the process by analyzing your pictures, drawings, renderings, blueprints, postcards, whatever is made available to us. The more information supplied, the more accurately detailed the model will be. All windows, doors, fine details, base lettering (if applicable) etc. is included. The 3D drawing is transferred from a computer to a Rapid Prototyping machine. This high tech wonder slowly transforms the drawing into a highly detailed plastic master model. At this point we revert back in time to the days of physical mold making, metal casting and finishing. We hand cast and finish each and every model much in the same way it was done 100 years ago. As evidence that we are at the top of our game, we have recently been commissioned to build the "Tallest Building in the World". Measuring in at 29 inches tall, built in the 1"=100' scale, the Burj Khalifa (Dubai) is our most innovative and resourceful metal casting to date.
