(now 20 Exchange Place) is located at 22 William Street in the financial district of Lower Manhattan and was
completed in 1931. This limestone clad structure was designed by Cross & Cross and stands 743 feet tall with 54
floors. Farmers Trust was originally designed to have a pyramidal top, but the Depression changed the architect’s
plans. This pewter replica stands 7 inches tall and is finished in antique gold.
