Jewelers Building

is located at 35 East Wacker drive in Chicago and was completed in 1927. This building was designed by Giaver & Dinkelberg,  Thielbar & Fugard and it stands 523 feet tall with 40 floors. It is rumored that Al Capone ran a speakeasy inside the dome at the top of the building. Until the early 1940’s this building had a 22 story car lift to allow safe transfers of jewelry and cash!   This pewter replica stands 5-3/4 inches tall and is finished in new pewter.
