Kirby Building

is located at 1509 Main Street at Akard Street in Dallas, Texas and was completed in 1913. This building was designed by Barnett, Haynes & Barnett Architects and Lang & Witchell Architects and stands 222 feet tall with 16 floors. The Kirby was originally built as a Late Gothic Revival-style office building, but has recently been renovated into 156 residential lofts. The Kirby was originally known as the Busch Building and was sold five years after completion to the Kirby Investment Company. This pewter replica stands 3.75” tall at 1” = 75 feet. This model is finished in antique pewter.
