is located at 390 Park Avenue at East 53rd Street in Midtown Manhattan and was completed in 1952. This building
was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and stands 307 feet tall with 21 floors. Since the Lever only
occupies a ¼ of its plot, it was the first skyscraper in New York to rise straight up without setbacks. This pewter
replica stands 4-7/8 inches tall and is finished in green translucent.
