Hood, Godley & Fouilhoux Architects and stands 485 feet tall with 33 floors. The McGraw-Hill Building was the
first major skyscraper to be clad with machine-made terra-cotta and is sometimes referred to as “the Jolly Green
Giant.” This pewter replica stands 5 inches tall and is finished in antique pewter with green translucent.
