One Detroit Centeris located at 500 Woodward Avenue in Detroit and was completed in 1993. This building was designed by Johnson/Burgee Architects and stands 619 feet tall with 43 floors. One Detroit Center, or Comerica Tower, was to have and identical tower built east of it but was later canceled. This pewter replica stands a little over 4-1/2 inches tall and is finished in antique pewter. This model’s scale is 1 inch = 150 feet.
