Savoy Plaza Hotel

is located at 767 5th Avenue at East 58th Street in Midtown Manhattan and was completed in 1930 and demolished in 1964. This building was designed by McKim, Mead & White Architects and stands 420 feet tall with 33 floors. The Savoy-Plaza was demolished to make way for the larger and more imposing General Motors Building in 1964. This pewter replica stands 5” tall at 1” = 100 feet. It is finished in white with a black stain and green highlights.
