The Eastern Columbia building is located at 849 S. Broadway in the Broadway Theater District of downtown Los Angeles and was completed in 1929. This building was designed by Claude Beelman and stands 264 feet tall with 13 floors. Our pewter replica building stands 5-7/8 inches tall and is finished in antique pewter with blue translucent and gold highlights.
