Consolidated Gas 150
The Consolidated Gas Building is located at 4 Irving Place in Gramercy Manhattan and was completed in 1928. This building was designed by Warren & Wetmore Architects and stands 478 feet tall with 24 floors. The Con Ed Building, as it was known, actually started being built in 1910 and plans for a tower addition came around 1926. This pewter replica stands 3-5/8” tall at 1” = 150 feet. Shown in antique pewter.
