First Bank Place is located at 225n South Sixth Street in Minneapolis, MN and was completed in 1992. This building was designed by James Ingo Freed and Pei Cobb Freed & Partners and stands 776 feet tall with 56 floors. First Bank Place is now known as Capella Tower and is currently the second tallest building in Minneapolis. This pewter replica stands a little over 5-1/2 inches tall and is finished in antique pewter. This model’s scale is 1 inch = 150 feet.

This building was done with exquisite detail. The crown ornament on top of the building looks quite realistic. I see this building daily as I live near it in Minneapolis.
