70 Pine Streetis located in Lower Manhattan in New York City and was completed in 1932. This building was designed by Clinton & Russell and Holton & George architects and stands 952 feet tall with 66 floors. 70 Pine, also known as American International and Cities Service, is our new scale version in the 1”=150’ line of models. This pewter replica stands 6-3/4 inches tall and is finished in antique pewter. This model’s scale is 1 inch = 150 feet.
