Cities Service Building(now American International) is located at 70 Pine Street in the financial district of Lower Manhattan and was completed in 1932. This building was designed by Clinton &Russell and Holton & George and stands 952 feet tall with 66 floors.The Cities Service stands as 3rd tallest in New York behind the Empire State and Chrysler Buildings.
