Cities Service

The Cities Service Building (now American International) is located at 70 Pine Street in the financial district of Lower Manhattan and was completed in 1932. This building was designed by Clinton & Russell and Holton & George and stands 952 feet tall with 66 floors. The Cities Service stood for nearly 40 years as 3rd tallest in New York behind the Empire State and Chrysler Buildings. This pewter replica stands 9-3/4 inches tall and is finished in antique pewter.

Thursday February 9,2024 my Cities Service Building was delivered and as usual Mike and Staff delivered with the detailing of this building. Thanks to everyone at InFocusTech. And this building is a great fit for my Skyline Collection.

I ordered this building in an antique copper finish and it's stunning! And I like this scale: it towers over many of my 1:150 scale models but to me that seems fitting for this gem :)

An oldie but a goldie!

Well, It's not quite as detailed as the newer version, under the name of 70 Pine Street, but this is still a beautiful model, and should appeal to the collector looking for a more vintage look, rather than total accuracy.
