I grew up in San Francisco and this building was a legend. All I have sen in the past was B & W photos of the building from only one side and a picture of the tragic fire that destroyed it. Cheers! Stunning!

I use superlative because I am running out of superlatives to describe the excellent work on all of these models. This one is truly special and once again the level of detail is mind boggling. This is one of the crown jewels of my SF collection!

liffs included with this model. In that way it's more than a structure model, its an environment. I'd love to hear from the person who designed the model and hear how he made some key decisions like the placement of the rocks - they did well including them in a tighter space than the true scale would have to require. They seem to really have investigated the structure and I like that they included a link to the Cliff House Project, which, as they say, is a great site. Nicely done InFocus people. I've always wondered about the house on the cover of Blue Oyster Cult's "Imaginos" album. I read that it was the cliff house famous storm photo, and then found this site from their site. I'm going to place this replica in a display case with the album art
