432 Park Avenue is located between 56th and 57th streets in Midtown Manhattan. This slender giant will house 104 Luxury residences with views never before imagined. A height of 1396' and 89 floors places it officially as the third tallest building in the U.S. at the date of its topping out. It was designed by Rafael Vinoly and SLCE Architects.
