Great detail and build quality. My one issue is the blow-through floors/mechanical voids. In person they’re hard to distinguish, and it’s tough to tell they’re a different depth or stain the way the listing photo shows. For $250 I expected a bit more there, which is why I gave 4 stars. Everything else is solid and looks fantastic.

The 432 Park Ave Building is nice and it looks just like the actual building. Detail is well done.
