A little piece of home

This is a perfect replica and the first of my ARE pass purchases. It has sentimental value because it is not only, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful 20's era skyscrapers, but a landmark in my hometown. An excellent addition to my replica building collection and very high quality and detail.

The modern communications tower is coming down starting January 2010 and the roof will be restored to its original design.

Beautiful and intricate detailing, especially at the building's upper floors. This little replica definitely captures the romance and style of the real building. I would love to see InFocusTech produce a replica of this one with the modern-day communications antenna, but as it is, this is one of my favorite of all miniature buildings.
