Parachute Jump 100
The Parachute jump ride was originally built for the 1939-40 New York World's Fair. In 1941 it was dismantled and moved to Coney Island. Our multi piece casting stands 3.25" tall and is finished in antique pewter. The scale of this model is 1" = 100'.

Coney Island Parachute Jump

I am instantly brought back to my childhood in the late 50's and early 60's. At least once a month, my dad would take me and my brother to Coney Island. I would always gaze up at the parachute jump. This great little model brings all those memories back.

It is in two parts, the tower and the canopy with the parachutes suspended. Very detailed and delicate. I am very happy I decided to buy this model.
